If i own Java and Bedrock for PC, can i then get bedrock on console for free too?

At this moment i do own Java and as someone already asked i can also get bedrock.

But i have this question.

I also own an Playstation 4 and an Xbox Series S and so i wondered if i could also get the consol version of bedrock too if i own bedrock on PC?

I hope this gets to you guys as fast as possible and that you could help me with this question.

every version of Minecraft is a separate purchase like 99% of other software. Play anywhere as a grand exception and would never apply to any non-Microsoft store

Hi Victor. I don’t know how you played Java in the past. Maybe it was via game pass.
But if the game doesn’t appear purchased in your order history, it means that you don’t know it.

About the Xbox edition, yes. It’s bedrock, but it’s the Bedrock for Xbox, not Windows

The free Java edition was granted to the people who purchased Bedrock for windows.
Any other platform is not eligible, only PC (and the opposite if you owned Java)

No, you needed to have owned bedrock edition or java edition on PC to get one either. Java edition is only available on PC too.

if you own the java edition then you would need to but the bedrock edition on console, java edition id pc only, but you would need to buy the bedrock edition for each platform you want it on.
