Hello ツ, when you try to turn on your console again does it turn on any lights on the Xbox power button?

It's impossible to say what's wrong with it without examining it, but if you smell burning it could be a blown fuse or the power supply has burned out. Either way, it's not good.

Is the console still under warranty? If so, you can either get it replaced by the retailer, or serviced by Microsoft, depending on how long you've had it and which country you live in.

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. To find out which Fortnite account is linked to your Xbox, you will have to sign into your game and check the account information. Please follow these steps:



1. Launch Fortnite on your Xbox.

2. Go to the main menu and select the "Settings" option.

3. From the settings menu, select the "Account and Privacy" option.

4. Under the "Account Info" section, you will see the email address associated with your Fortnite account.

5. If you have multiple Fortnite accounts, you can log out of the current account and log in with a different one.

To use the gift card, you will need to know which account is linked to your Xbox. Here are some steps you can take to find out:
