If I have dolby access downloaded. Do I need to load the app everytime I start my xbox, or...

I have the same issue with a Logitech G432 and a Plantronics Rig 400 headset on my Xbox One S. The problems started around a week ago after my Xbox had a firmware update (10.0.19041.1927). Factory resetting the console and uninstall and reinstall the Dolby
Access App have been no solution.

So when I boot my console the audio setting is set to "Windows Sonic". If I want to use Dolby Atmos for headphones I must start the Dolby Access App everytime after booting which is super annoying.

I did that and when I click Dolby Atmos for headphones in my audio settings on my Xbox it pops up a window that says I need to download Dolby Atmos for Headphones from the Dolby Access app. Then in the same window it gives me the option to learn more and
when I click learn more. It takes me to my Dolby Access app. Just to tell me I have to turn Dolby Atmos for Headphones on in my Xbox audio settings. It is a repeated cycle. Both is telling me I need to enable something on the other but it won't let me

I have the same app on my xbox and need to enable it in the settings everytime I plug my Dolby Atmos compatable headset - just a thought - might have zero impact but everytime I start up plugged in or not is always disabled until manually enabled - anyone
know what I mean or have the same problem ??

Same here, everytime I select Dolby Atmos from the dropdown menu in the settings it tells me to download Dolby Atmos... eventhough I access the settings via the Atmos App.

Update: I restarted my console and went through the setup again and it worked. Logged on just now and the headset format is still set to Dolby Atmos for Headphones. Fingers crossed...
