    If I forgot my password and can't recover it, do I still have to pay for xbox live?


    Cause I can't recover my password and truth is I don't want to even play xbox live anymore but I had it on renew after the 6 month subscription, there's no way I can get back into my account anyway so I deleted the account off my xbox, will it still auto
    renew? I was using paypal to pay is there a way I can disable it without my xbox live email or will it not renew anyway, I have full access to my paypal.

    Can't sign in because of security check.

    I've been using this profile because i can't sign into my J0hn M4rst0n profile because i forgot my password and it is required for the security check and i even went to the 'forgot password' link and i gave as much information as i can to recover it and
    it still doesnt give me my password and i done it like 4 or 5 times now and it still refuses to give me my password back please help, Thanks.

    yes unless you cancel the auto renew it will renew best bet is to contact support and they should be able to help you get into your account so you can shut it off so you do not get charged again and again sorry.

    yes unless you cancel the auto renew it will renew best bet is to contact support and they should be able to help you get into your account so you can shut it off so you do not get charged again and again sorry.

    you will need the password to be able to change the Microsoft account connected to your xbox live account.

    To reset password or recover the account the options options to do so are on this link

    support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account-password

    If you still can't access your account after those options, I'm afraid there is nothing else to do, but to create a new account
