Have you tried any procedure, if so, which one?

The achievements for watch dogs seem to be really delayed. I completed act 3 but did not get the achievement until the following day, even though it said unlocked. As for gang hideouts, I think it is glitched, I have completed all of them and there are no
more on the map, however, it says 14 / 15.

I don't like those achievements either, but the one you get in Dark Souls for getting all the achievements was very rewarding.

Also, Sleeping Dogs is a great game, but it reminded me why I hate collectible achievements.

I dont think that you have to be actually playing on the Defiant and Anniversary maps to get the achievements. that wasnt the case with the old DLCs. I was able to get all of the previous DLC achievements, and I think I only got 2 of them on the DLC maps.
the rest were on the retail maps.

unless they changed the rules on the DLC achieves, the header on the achievement saying "Anniversary:" or "Defiant:" should only refer to the DLC you neeed to have installed to get the achievement...

Totally forgot about this and I hope I don't break any rules by bumping it. Anyway, yes I have both of those specific map packs. And as for maps, the first with the infection achievement was on The Cage (forge world variant), the second one that I tried
to get the headshots achievement was on Unachored( Anchor 9 variant)
