If I factory reset my Xbox One will my games which I redeemed with a code be deleted?

So, I really want to factory reset my Xbox One, but when I was about to a message came up on my screen stating "Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized
with Xbox Live will be lost." so I was a bit scared because when I got my Xbox One it came with games which had to be redeemed with a code which were in the box. So I am wondering if I do decide to reset my Xbox, will I lose these games forever? (The games
are Rise Of The Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider : Defensive Edition, and Fallout 3.) If you know that answer please tell me.

Xbox won't startup.

My xbox one (original xbox one) will not start up correctly. It seems to be in the middle of a factory reset, but brings me to a troubleshoot screen. Error code E102 00000C12 8007045D pops up. Giving me the options to reset my xbox, turn xbox off, factory
reset my xbox (says I will erase all accts, games, apps, ect), or offline update with usb device. I've already tried turning it off and resetting it, but those don't seem to work. I'm afraid to factory reset because I have a lot of games saved on my xbox
and I would waste a lot of money if the games cannot be retrieved. Can anyone help?

No, you do not lose redeemed content forever if you factory reset.

When you redeem content to your account, it is permanently registered so you can always re-download and reinstall it again (for whatever reason).

Once you factory reset your console, all you need to do is simply log into your Xbox account again, and all of your redeemed games/DLC should show up in the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps".

Xbox can do 2 types of reset, one which keeps games and apps and one that is the classic factory reset which deletes everything.

Thank you so much for the update and yes, that will be the best option but first, try to move a game from an External hard drive to Internal storage to check if the same issue will occur, if not, reformatting the drive will be the best option as it can be corrupted.
