    If I exit the plan, my points, VIP gems, and rewards. Will the achievement be preserved?

    I'm talking about those achievements that calculate my achievement points to reward VIP gems.If I were to join the program again, would I be able to repeat the gems that have been obtained?

    Where do I need the store shopping in which area to get the reward?

    my vip gems and rewrd credits

    my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

    Your achievements would not be affected by leaving the program. So you would not be able to reearn those gems.

    Hello DDXDB,

    Since you are registered as a US Rewards member, only purchases made off the Xbox store in USD are eligible for Rewards. If you opt-out of the Rewards program, you delete this Rewards account, so all the Credits and Gems associated with the account will
    be deleted. However, we will be able to recover any pending, un-deposited Credits to any new Rewards Account. Since achievements are saved to your Xbox profile and not a Rewards Account, they will not be deleted. Therefore, it would not be possible to repeat
    these achievements for calculating gems.

    Yes my 5000 reward points didnt go into my account on the15th like its should

    Same here... had over 7000 reward points after I traded in VIP Gems..

    They should show as pending on the rewards site. They are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
    no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...
