If I enter 2, 12 month memberships will I get 2 Years?

Yes.You can stack up to 36 months/3 years of gold subs.

You can purchase 5 years of Live Gold membership on 5 12 month cards and activate each one as each year expires. Or you can activate 3 12 month cards and have a total of 36 months of maximum subscription and then activate the 2 12 month cards.

The reason for thesis because the tenure amount is calculated by whole 12 month periods, since you only bought 1 gold membership for a full 12 month period, and you will not have accumulated a full 12 months with the 1 month memberships. The 12 month you
got at Xmas what's not finished yet, meaning you will hit 2 years next Christmas.

Short answer, tenure is only calculated from full 12 months of gold membership, silver and free trials do not count.

I almost had enough points saved up for the 12 month Gold membership as well and it has disappeared. All I see is the 1 and 3 month also. The 3 month is 17k points though and to get a 12 month membership out of that would cost 68,000 points

Editing to include I have already tried to contact Rewards support however the form won't work no matter what browser I use. When I enter the code at the bottom and click Submit it just resets the code over and over no matter if it's correct or not. I gave
up after 2 days of the same problem and can't get in touch with support.

I just went through the same thing. My son told me that it came up our subscription was expired, so I went on to renew. Not realizing I was only subscribing for one person, I paid the $65.00 and then when my son went on he told me I only renewed for myself.
So, I call Microsoft and was told that the family gold pack is no longer available. To top it off, I paid for 2 years last July. So now they will only apply the 12 months of the remaining membership to one member. That's major BS for sure!! They entered
into an agreement with me for 2 years, then decided to tell me the membership was expired when it really wasn't. I had an additional 12 months remaining. Although they did refund my $65 and my son can use the live with the remaining balance of the family
plan, that's just wrong and not good business on Microsoft's part.
