I'm new to get a forza horizon game and I'm thinking to buy the deluxe or premium edition but I had a trouble and is if, Can I play the game but other person can use the same edition in the same console?

If you're talking about Multiplayer on the game, then yes it is possible. 2 people can play on the same console.

While the main base game will function, there is no guarantee any form of DLC will likewise share

As long as they’re playing in your home Xbox, present in your own physical home, they should have no issues playing the base game

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
