    Ok, I would like to know if I buy a game on the official Xbox website on PC, will I be able to install and play this game without paying extra on my console?

    If you're buying through the website, most of the games are for the console. If you're buying through the Microsoft Store app, you'd need to check the game's description to see if the game supports Play Anywhere. Play Anywhere allows you to buy a game for Xbox or PC and play on both without having to purchase it twice.

    Forza Motorsports 7 on PC will not load anymore.

    It was purchased for Xbox before it was delisted. I also downloaded and played it for a while on this PC and another before it was delisted. That is how I have it installed on PC. You were never able to buy the physical copy for PC, only digital. I was able to download it through xbox game pass. It still shows installed but crashes after the initial load screen and gives that error code.

    Some games are unavailable to be installed/purchased on GamePass Ultimate Windows 10, yet they are available on my Xbox console.

    I'm aware that there are some games not available on gamepass for Windows 10, that are available for consoles. The games I've mentioned aren't part of that list, though.

    For example this page is for Remnant: From the Ashes -

    On it it clearly states "You can play Remnant: From the Ashes with Xbox Game Pass for PC or buy it to own." and I can select the 3 dots, "Install on my devices", select my PC and it installs the game on my PC without issues. But I'm not able to play it, because it's "not available" for me and I get the same error code 0x803F8001.

    is disney speedstorm play anywhere, so if i buy on xbox will it work on pc app or not.

    This is great, so i buy on xbox and log in same account on pc ill be able to play it. It says on page playable on pc. So all good if i do that.

    Minecraft for Xbox360

    The Minecraft that's on PC is not the same one that is on Xbox, so if your trying to use your Xbox ID for the PC version of Minecraft, it will not work unless you signed up on their web page with the same credentials. You will also need to buy the PC version
    and make an account to be able to play it there.

    Again, buying the Xbox version does not give you access to the PC version of the game as they are 2 separate games.
