If I bought madden 24 XS will I be able to play with people on Xbox one?

Unfortunately it's not possible, unless you download and have both versions on your console, the X/S version you'll play against crossplay with new generation consoles, and the Xbox One version you'll have crossplay with the older version. Nope. You can play with people on Xbox Series consoles, PS5 and PC. Xbox One and PS4 players will be limited to playing against people on the same platform.

Why are not able to play people on ps5 I have crossed gen madden 24 though able to do that

The Series S/X version will not work on a One. It'll only work on a Series S or X.

tried madden 24 XS version with 4k turned off on console and HDR was not running when checked. Froze after one 3 minute quarter. This time making a stuck sound like from matrix before turning off. Well guess will return while time. Back to original one x Scorpio model. It ran HDR games at least
