If I bought a game how do I get it to show on my home screen

So I just bought red dead redemption and if I go into my order history it said I bought it but if I go to all for my games it don’t show up and I have waited for while now and it still hasn’t showed up

No I think I bought both it was like 21 dollars with tax and it was on sale

Did you actually purchase the full game or have you purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode? Story Mode is just DLC for Red Dead Online and is only playable through the Red Dead Online game itself.

For that price you bought Story Mode. You need Red Dead Online in order to play it.

How exactly is the game not loading anymore?

Does i show the splash screen and throws you back to the home screen?

Does the game start to the main menu of the game itself and then crashes?

Or do you get to the main menu, and you can't load a previous world?
