    If anyone knows a fix to this help is my Xbox broken? or


    Every time I try to download a game my Xbox just disconnects me from the Internet at like 1% I'm not sure if it's my console's WiFi signal I tried everything thing like plugging my WiFi directly into Xbox if anyone faced this problem or has a fix please help

    Downloading games is completely broken. Anyone know a fix?

    Please post the following troubleshooting info

    Game :

    Xbox 360 game?

    Account region

    Actual region

    Console region

    Language region (if xbox one or higher)

    Console

    Whois report

    And speedtest report

    (Picture pls)

    Connection type (cable , dsl fibre etc etc )

    Isp

    Keep in mjnd account regjon can be checked at account.microsoft.com

    If more then one region is listed go by the default

    If you migrated recently

    but the problem is not the TV... is somehow my Xbox that won't work with a resolution lesser than 1080p :S does anyone really know what to do? this SHOULD have a way to be fixed right? I mean the port is not broken!
