    IE on Xbox one loosing passwords after power loss or reboot.


    I use IE to view my Facebook and Twitter feeds on Xbox One. I use the check option to remember passwords, but on power loss or reboot all saved passwords are lost. I have the setting to allow cookies checked. Any thoughts?

    Hello!

    I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps, and see if it works after each one.

    1. Hard Reset the Xbox

    2. Reboot all of your Networking Equipment

    3. Power off & Disconnect your Xbox from power for 30 seconds, plug back in & power back on

    4. Change the Wireless password to a new one & try it

    Xbox One home screen question

    In the router can you place the Xbox in the dmz to test if that helps,

    Also did you fully power down or just standby restart, in power menu you can fully power down, should take a min to reboot after a proper reboot.

    Password changed worked here also...

    Change your password online (account.live.com/password/Change) - Hold the xbox power button down for 5 seconds, it will reset the profile and when it reboots, it will ask for your new password.

    100% Loss packets

    I have 100% packet loss as well. I tried the rebooting the xbox and then turning it back on right after. Nothing happened. I rebooting my wi-fi router a couple times, but nothing happened. I un-plugged my xbox, waited like 2 min., then I turned it back on.
    Nothing happened.

    Upload speed: 3.92 Mbps
