    Hi,

    If you've registered for the beta via this link here you should be able to get a code within a couple of days within registering on the site and the code can be found
    here. When you get the code, and redeemed it on the console it gives you access to a demo application you need to run on the console.
    It should be named "Pre-Release Console Registration Application", if you've already redeemed the key but just haven't downloaded the application you should be able to re-download it easily by going to XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.

    Once it's downloaded, hit Play Now and go through the steps of registering the application. Once you reach the last step that's it, your part is done now you just have to patiently wait. It can take upwards of 3 business days for you to receive
    the dashboard beta update (business days are considered Monday-Friday, you do not count the day you ran the registration application, nor do you count Saturday/Sunday are those are not business days).

    After you've received the update to your console within another 3 business days or so you should receive access to the beta dashboard private forums where you can post your feedback and bugs, that can be found here.
    Please refrain from posting any feedback on the public forums as clicking this link now will only result in you getting an error message "GROUP NOT FOUND" so please be patient idk :).

    I'm sorry to hear that you are running into problems. Could you provide us with more information so we can help out? What kind of problem is it? When are you experiencing it? What is the specific error message and/or code you get when you run into this problem?

    I can hopefully provide you with all sorts of troubleshooting steps but we're at a standstill until you can provide us with more info. idk :)
