    Ok I have a Xbox 360s and I have a disk in (I've tried with multiple) and I click play game and it's black screen nothing then I clicked game details and it is showing me my downloaded games and apps what is happening and how can I fix it

    problems with the patches not unlocking after meeting the requirements

    Same here, idk what's going on with that. Patches and uniform pieces are giving me some troubles.

    Can you try disconnecting from Xbox Live and test the game while offline to see if there's any change?

    the thing i found is when it happens to me on cod ghosts going to main menu and going back into game will fix it for a hour or so idk what is causing that and idk if it is only on cod ghosts
