idiot designers need to sort out the slow installation problems

so, 5 days after starting installation of Battlefront 2 it's still not ready to play owing to it's stupid desire to download all the patches and updates along the way. There needs to be a much better menu structure providing warnings about this and advice
about what to do. Its not until new users encounter problems that we search the forums and discover it's a known bug but by then it's too late to do anything about it.

Come on Microsoft, you need to sort this, its a really really bad customer experience.

Sorry you are having a bad time getting your game installed.

When the developer releases an update for a game, they want everyone playing the game to be in the same version that is connected to their servers. This means that if you have bought the game on disc for example then when you install it it should need to
download the updated to let you connect.

You can, for disc games install with the console offline and play any single player content before connecting to update.

It's not normal to take so long, backwards compatibility games is downloaded a little bit slower than Xbox One games but it's not normal to take so long

Hello the problem is still here!!!!!!!!! Are you really bothered in sort this infuriating tiny problem out which causes a massive problem to your loyal Xbox players ,which have to play games without speaking to each other !!!!!! Who do I need to speak to
to give me a full refund for my Xbox one so I can go and get a play station four console instead???? If not then give me an idiots guide to sorting this out NOW!!!!!! FFS

How do you know the suspension hasn't been lifted? Is it because you still cannot get online or send messages?

If so, you need to remove your account from the console and then re-add it. Learn how to do that

here

After that you need to powercycle your console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on and try again.
