Ideal transaction didnt show up

Discus and support Ideal transaction didnt show up in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i have recently bought an item off the xbox store.     Ideal transaction didnt show up


    i have recently bought an item off the xbox store. I didnt have enough funds so i added some using my ideal €10,- to be exact. The webpage didnt load after the trabsaction was completed so i closed it. After witch i havent received any items but i still
    payed 10,- according to my bank account. I need help Ideal transaction didnt show up :(

    ok but does the purchase actually show up in the account transaction history at all ?

    Bought a game but Xbox says I didn’t

    Dear Microsoft.

    So I just bought dead rising 4 deluxe edition because it was on sale now I decided to make the transaction on my phone (kind of my only option) because I have no pc and for some reason Microsoft decided to not make ideal transactions a option anymore on
    console so my only option was through the app now I used ideal I bought the game the money actually got sent but the game isn’t downloadable for me I can send a screenshot of that the transaction is made let me know if that is useful

    Hello Eremo,

    iDEAL is not supported on Microsoft Store.

    The actual supported Payment Methods are :

    • Credit cards.
    • Prepaid credit cards.
    • Debit cards (not available in all regions)
    • PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
    • Direct debit (Germany only)

    Hi Nikolas,

    So when I tried to check out it wouldn't let me use iDEAL and for some reason the currency was set to £.

    But when I searched up on my computer which region it was set in, it showed up to be from the UK. So as soon as I changed that

    to the Netherlands the currency changed to € and I was able to check out with iDEAL.

    So I think you should check on your PC if the region is set to the Netherlands.

    Microsoft doesn't have Ideal and most people don't use and have never heard of this
    Oh my bad. I guess I must be imagining this then.
