I'd really like that a moderator to check my account history

Hi,

My gamertag on the xboxlive is . My reputation is for 6 months "avoid me", I admit that I had some issues to calm down when facing leavers or people who insult me during games however, i've tried to focus on this. But that's doing 6 months that I can't
play online on my account, I've checked the website xbox enforcement to see the progress on my reputation and during those 6 monthes, I got no more complaints on my behaviour.

Thus I'd like to have some discussion with a moderator to explain me how I can solve this issue, my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

I didn't renew my xboxlive account because of that, indeed I refuse to pay for a service anymore that is unilateral.

I hope we will find a solution for that and that i'll have an answer soon.

I'd like a refund.

Billing/purchase issues can best be sorted by talking to an Xbox customer representative through the phone.

Moderators only police the forums,they can't do anything about your account.

First thing I'd do is check my purchase history. Check
here how to do it.

I'd contact support once I knew the error. It's most likely that they charged you for 2 of them. Contacting support may be difficult at this time.

there is no way, if they don't use the account then it will be closed after a 2 or 5 year period, but the microsoft account may be in use on other areas of the system, as an example, i have another account that has zero gamerscore but i use that microsoft account for other parts of microsoft and therefore the account is always in use.

You can only use a gamertag that is not in use already. If the gamertag hasn't signed into any Microsoft service for 2 years, then it'll become available.

I have a suspension on my main account "FCPCatalyst", this one "" is just an account I created to be able to access the forums.

In my other account it says I'm not eligible for a Case Review "yet", and that I have to fill a questionnaire, but then when I click it there's a bug on the page, it just says "null". Maybe this is because Case Reviews are still in a sort of beta mode?

I'd really like to be able to get my point across to moderators, I really think I have a chance of averting this suspension. It was really harsh considering the context of the situation.
