I'd REALLY like some answers, because for once, I'm at a complete loss as to what to expect.

Had to appeal the decision JUST to find out what they stated I did...I got banned for sexual content. And that is even MORE confusing, since I don't really do that on Xbox. A bit of mild flirting and that's IT. Nothing graphic or anything that can be defined as pornography or whatever the hell sexual profanity is. So yeah, I still don't know why EXACTLY I'm banned. The reason they're telling me I got banned isn't even something I do when nobody's around, let alone on Xbox. I've NEVER been banned for this before. Not ONCE in the entire time I've had that account. I haven't been banned for it since I started GAMING. This is literally the first time EVER I've received any sort of punishment whatsoever for this sort of thing. It's been sending rude messages literally every single time. So why is my account suddenly banned for something I've never done before? Not even once since I played my very first video game ever. Does THAT make sense to you?

Since it takes time to investigate a report thats filed most bans are not issued at the time of the offence so you could of been banned for something you did days or even weeks ago.

The ban was issued at EXACTLY 9:50 this morning. And it typically takes only 24 hours for results to come from someone reporting something. I SPOKE to Xbox support and they AGGREED that my account was banned when it shouldn't have been. In fact, they're getting it unbanned as I'm typing this, as well as an explanation as to why it was banned to begin with. Pretty sure that wouldn't be the case if it was 'thoroughly investigated' like they claim all permanent bans are. Pretty sure I'd be able to call them up and know within seconds why my account was banned if there was a legitimate reason for it. At 9:50 this morning, I wasn't even HOME. And I hadn't been for almost 24 hours. I left home at around noon the day before. Oh, and I did already. They just said I breached the terms of service, but didn't offer any more information. No SPECIFIC category to suggest that I did anything wrong, and no message included in the description either. Just that I was indefinitely suspended. I have an IQ of 160, so if I'm stumped, there's a DAMN good reason for it. If I'm at a complete loss for words, it means that one of the smartest people on the entire PLANET can't think of a single thing to justify this in ANY capacity. This was breach of contract...plain and simple.

Then why is it that I got enforcement to agree to unban my account AFTER the decision was upheld? You clearly don't know as much as you like people to think you do. Oh, and yes, there IS an expected timeframe for investigating reports. Or do you know of ANY times that it took longer than 24 hours for a decision to be made when someone hit the report button? But that's a TYPICAL report. A ban is supposed to be a THOUROUGH investigation. And anything that is thorough takes longer than it normally does, In this case, longer than 24 hours. The only problem: It didn't take longer than a day, so by the logic I've already explained, it can't have been a thorough investigation. and thus it's likely mistakes were made.

There's no time frame on how long it takes to investigate a report so not sure where you got the 24 hour time period from.

Support are nothing to do with Xbox live enforcement & can not get you unbanned so whoever told you that has given you the wrong info.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there's nothing else that can be done.
