I'd like to talk to xbox live .....

Honestly, I am sick of all the issues and with having 2 accounts, I never see any kind of compensation. We have issues so often, even just the little stuff like having to sign out and sign back in because your account is signed in but not into live. Or horrible
times trying to connect to friends on specific games. Last night was black ops 3, but ALWAYS on handsome jack collection playing borderlands 2. Do not have any issues connecting on the 360 on borderlands 2.

Then today when the service was out, and xbox page said everything was working, and I call them...... i select all the options on the automated system and then while i am holding i get a recording about the number not being able to connect and hanging up
on me. So, I call back, there is an option for a call back, so I select this. Call back finally comes thru, still sit on hold for 4 minutes, phone rings and picks up, and I am saying hello for 30 seconds before i get a reply. They as for name, I tell them.
They ask my problem, I start talking and they just disappeared. No disconnect or anything. Sat on the phone for 5 minutes before it just finally disconnected. This is horrible service and I can not waste hours trying to talk to someone. I can not find an email
addy for customer support, so I came here. Somebody from customer support better talk to me and/or compensate both my accounts or we will gladly make a change and move onto sony. I have had this account for like 10 years and my son has had his for like 6 years.
Do something to keep your customers happy microsoft.

i got 2k19 a month before it came out i preorderd the game so i could play. 4 days early when the game came out i played for days. then. one day it was gone but the games. still there on my screen but i cant play. its telling me to purches again and i did
