    I'd like to see Microsoft backing up their products.


    If someone has already purchased a console from you and a problem with that system occurs, don't gauge them for more money to fix it. Have confidence in your product and back it up with proper care. Also, being able to connect to the internet, only if you
    buy an Xbox Gold account doesn't work anymore. Every device coming out connects to wifi for free. So why don't you? I'm refusing your $80 service fee, as well as your $70 Gold, and using that money to go buy a Playstation.

    MS offers a 1 year warranty on the console, which, ironically is the same length of time the Playstation offers.

    $70 for Gold?! Where in the heck are you shopping???

    You can connect the console to the Internet without Gold, you just can't play games online.

    On top of what Eggnogga has already said, there are circumstances where they offer a 3 year warranty.

    But an "$80 service fee," - For what exactly? Please be specific! for I am under the impression that if a console breaks while under warranty, that they will fix it for free, with no services/other fees involved. If that's not the case then do tell.
