I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

all it takes is one report and the system auto bans you, you will have to go to xbox enforcement site, sign in and request a review, but if the ban is less than 3 days you can't submit a review. support are not allowed to help in any way and nobody here can help.

I hope you got a refund because I am dealing with the same issue. It is terrible to play, and my refund request got denied immediately. I even called my bank because I'm so annoyed. It feels like a scam.

I see that the pic you posted says that the membership was gotten from BT/EE. If you're part of that service then I'd double check with them in case it's a perk they supply. In the meantime though if you'd like to cancel the membership you can do so by clicking on Manage then follow the instructions to either turn off auto renewal or cancel immediately.
