    And apparently they suspend accts without being investigated first. SO I could say Smwutches called me a (*&(*&(*Q and they'd suspend your act too!

    I wouldn't risk it.

    There are other posts from ppl who had legit copies and they still got banned.

    Not worth it to me. Maybe if you have more than one xbox i'd unhook the ethernet and play some campaign on a different profile but wouldn't be worth it to me to play a day or 2 early, then get banned and not be able to play tuesday. even if they unban
    you, they may not get you unbanned by tuesday
