    I'd like to appeal a tos ban


    I just got banned for breaking the tos the acccount that got banned was and I believe that I was being reported for no reason. I play a lot of overwatch and I'd usually tell people to switch to a certain hero but they usually get very angry
    and report me. Also my friends may be reporting me as a joke but I keep telling them that I'll get banned. Also I play very well very often therefore people think that I'm cheating so I'd just like to ask if This two day ban could Ben cleared of my account
    just for future reference. Thank you, Xbox

    I'd like a refund.

    I recently purchased Xbox Live for £5.99, however I noticed it took two payments, I'm not happy with this, as it took two payments of £5.99 when i only needed one, and I really need that money back as it was taken by mistake, I'd like an urgent refund please.

    You can appeal your ban at Enforcement but profanity is against TOS so if that was the only infraction it's probably a 24 hour ban, which are not subject to review.

    I'd like to remind you that game sharing outside your physical household is a violation of TOS and can lead to account and console bans.

    I got permanently banned....

    Generally Permabans are given to repeat offenders or severe CoC/ToS violations. You can try to appeal the ban to the Xbox Enforcement team over on https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US.
