    I really wanted the digital DL to work. Purchased the game last night (around 7pm cst) assuming this would be a fairly quick install and I'd be able to play when 11pm rolled around. Well, much like the digital DL of Destiny, I'm not impressed. Game got stuck
    at 1% and I just found out (by way of searching the net and other forums) that I had to delete and reinstall. At this point I'd just like a refund of the $100 I put into this game so I can go buy the disk version. I'm really sick and tired of these failed
    attempts at making everything digital. Please fix this, but in the meantime please issue me my refund.

    I'd like a refund.

    I recently purchased Xbox Live for £5.99, however I noticed it took two payments, I'm not happy with this, as it took two payments of £5.99 when i only needed one, and I really need that money back as it was taken by mistake, I'd like an urgent refund please.

    i got 2k19 a month before it came out i preorderd the game so i could play. 4 days early when the game came out i played for days. then. one day it was gone but the games. still there on my screen but i cant play. its telling me to purches again and i did
