I'd like a further explanation for my suspension

My account was suspended and I believe it was an injustice. I've got the anger and means to turn this into a court case.

I recently purchased Xbox Live for £5.99, however I noticed it took two payments, I'm not happy with this, as it took two payments of £5.99 when i only needed one, and I really need that money back as it was taken by mistake, I'd like an urgent refund please.

 

When you signed for xbox live you accepted the rules of the service and the Code of Conduct so I don't think you have a case here.

And no if you had read the terms of use you would know what your legal options are which is artibitary hint hint it's free and not as long as the courts not to mention you won't have q judge laughing at you

First xbox had to protect the privacy of the usrrs

If it's is communication suspension. .you gotta remember the house has the authority to enforce the rules and yes that's upheld by most contrition

 

and only thru the terms of use will xbox pet ever show evidence so read the terms of use it will enlighten you about how online enforcement works

 

basically courts give companies the right to enforce their private rules as they own the servers and no freedom of expression doesn't apply as you can't infringe on other people's rights and every home owner has the right to remove anyone who breaks the
rule

And yes pet is ruled by the same rules so no they will never repeat the offence or say who reported you
