    Hello, I hope you are doing well, today I have been attempting to purchase the ultimate dlc for minecraft dungeons on the microsoft store but I reapeatidly keep having the same issue when doing so.

    Every time I press buy now I get an error that says

    Change your Store regionThe region in which your payment option was issued and your Store region need to match.

    which is really weird since my region for my card which I am using for my purchase and my current region are the same, I'd highly appreciate some assistance on this since I have wanted to get this dlc for a while

    Check to make sure your payment method is valid and up to date. Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account, or that your credit limit hasn't been reached.

    Hello. thank you for the advice, though from the settings I checked on the xbox app on my pc and my microsoft account both of my regions are correct.

    Is there a way you might be able to check which part of my account's settings are incorrect or inform me on a way I could check which part of my account has incorrect info so I could fix the problem?

    Or is there another way I could complete my transaction which would avoid this issue?
