Make sure your billing address is up to date and matches the billing address associated with your payment method.

Try using a different payment method to see if the issue persists. If the problem only occurs with a specific payment method, there may be an issue with that payment method that's causing the error.

If none of these steps help, you may want to try contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and find a resolution.

Hello. thank you for the advice, though from the settings I checked on the xbox app on my pc and my microsoft account both of my regions are correct.

Is there a way you might be able to check which part of my account's settings are incorrect or inform me on a way I could check which part of my account has incorrect info so I could fix the problem?

Or is there another way I could complete my transaction which would avoid this issue?
