    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

    Ye you don't "name and shame" people on forums dude, not a good idea at all.

    The best thing you can do is to report the person using the built in system on your console and leave it at that.
