I've given you just about every solution besides taking all devices off your router and only use your console via ethernet to test the up/down network speeds at different times of the day.

I'm still not convinced it's your xbox at this point especially if your router doesn't give you more options like Quality Of Service (QOS) options.

Have you tried adjusting your firewall settings? Or your UPnP?

My router doesn't have that option. I have exhausted all options now to the point xbox support dont even know how to solve the issue and has said i need a repair or replace....

The most odd thing about this issue i have is that the Xbox seems to work ok but the icons dont show up and the internet speed is irregular which gives me lag.

Im gonna just get a new 1 i think, not worth all this hassle...
