    Icon for Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't open!


    HI, I can;t play my games. The icon opens then goes away. WHY? I just bought this game. Microsoft please get your act together you are messing up my fun. Plus as a Senior money is limited. I enjoy these games. I need this fixed soon I hope. CattyLady 65

    Microsoft Solitiaire Collection

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't open. I left click it shows up then gone. WHY? Now what should I do? I already did in install and re install. Updates are okay. But icon still not working. It was fine yesterday. Just doesn't work. Any ideas? CattyLady65

    No icon for Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    The Microsoft Solitaire Collection is installed on my computer but there is no icon to start the games. How do I get an icon?

    Icon for Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't open!

    Try this (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    There's a new version of Solitaire Collection that brings back the Events Collection! Mine was updated on 2/2, and if you don't have v3.14.1310.0, open the Windows Store, click on the round icon to the left of the Search box and choose
    Downloads and updates, then click Check for updates
