I did all of this but in my interface gateway I found some issues on events logs I don't know if it helped or not :

FIREWALL icmp check (1 of 2): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 58.39.72.114 Dst ip: 41.251.131.27 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Port Unreacheable

FIREWALL icmp check (1 of 1): Protocol: ICMP Src ip: 5.57.227.229 Dst ip: 41.251.131.27 Type: Destination Unreachable Code: Communication with Destination Host is Administratively Prohibited

Appreciate if you could post up the model number of your "modem". Is your Virgin media "modem" also a router built-in, or do you use a stand alone router? If so, post up the make and model.

Could you detailing out any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so we don't post up solutions that you have already tried.

If its possible, could you try connect using an Ethernet cable instead of wireless.
