    I have a download on my

    computer speed of 15mbps an upload of 4.02, yet when I tried to run a speed test through my Xbox 360 it tells me I have no connection to the internet and it is an ICMP ERROR. Try to disconnect you're router wait five minutes and if that doesn't work then
    go to www.xbox.com/icmp-help for more info, only that is no longer a link and when I go to the support for error codes it has nothing on this. The forums on this are all over 2 years old.

    I have noticed that my connections to Xbox live have been getting worse lately and have been on to my internet provider about it, but evidently it is not them. I am in the USA, Texas and I have netgear as my router which I am hard wired to. It sucks that
    support for the xbox 360 is no longer available in human form. The only game I like is Black ops II so I have NO interest in investing in a different xbox as they do not support my game. So how do we proceed from here???
