Hallo

Ich habe das Problem das ich kein Profil bild hochladen kann, wenn ich es versuche kommt nur die naricht "Ihr bild kann momentan nicht hochgeladen werden. Versuchen sie es gleich nocheinmal" ich habe das jetzt schon seit 4 tagen versucht und nichts hat geklappt
kann mir wer erklären warum das nicht funktioniert?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues updating profile picture. This is due to Microsoft/Xbox disabling this feature temporarily. You can look at the notification on the
support home page.

As people look to gaming for social connection, we’re seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for our community, we’re making small adjustments. We've temporarily
turned off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

As there is nothing more we can do in this issue i will be locking this thread. We recommend checking the link often for any other updates on the issue.

Ja Bei mir genauso mit der Fehlermeldung 3608015000A ich habe das Profil noch.aber man kann keine Verbindung zu Xbox Live aufbauen..sehr nervig. Hoffe es geht nachher wieder..

ich war erwachsen als ich mein Profil erstellt habe (jetzt bin ich 52) und erscheine als Kind, mein Sohn war ein Kind als ich sein Profil erstellt habe (er ist jetzt 23) und erscheint als Erwachsener! Wie gibt es das? Ich wollte auch schon die Funktion Konto
heraufstufen nutzen, aber ich kann keine Kreditkarte eingeben, da das Datum mur bis 2020 geht.
