    I downloaded Iceland puzzles....I did the first 3 now it disappeared....wht up with that????

    bought the jigsaw freeze

    bought Heart Shapes collection and the Iceland collection both loaded played and then the game froze no gold for finishing puzzle

    I bought 2 new collections but they never downloaded, do you do refunds?

    The same thing happened to me. I used my points to pay for them, and the program took my points away but didn't give me the puzzles.

    How can I get the Iceland puzzles that I bought?

    Trouble with xbox account location and billing.

    Normally you would need to migrate your account region to fix the issue, but Iceland is not supported by Live so it would not be possible to set your account region to Iceland or purchase Game Pass from Iceland.
