Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to get a refund for a subscription you cancelled.

I would recommend, at this point, to manually
request a refund since you were not automatically granted one.

Keep in mind that you will need to be in the account that completed this purchase to be able to see the options that are eligible.
