    So i have 2 xbox’s where they both have the same account but of my xbox’s have xbox live and other one says payment past due even though they are on the same account.

    Hi Andrew Munoz,

    sorry to hear.
    Please check first your acount and your subscription here.     If this is fine try at the not working console a power cycle like this:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.

      Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply. And it is always a good idea to reset also modem/router by OFF/ON switching!!
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Log into account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions. Check to see if it says you have a past due balance there. That will be the definitive answer on if you really have a balance due.

    Got Hardened Edition for Xbox one and standard for 360, Season pass only works For the Xbox one.

    It should be seeing its xbox live and the code came with the xbox one game and only worked for the xbox one console. I should be able to get it for 360 also.

    The home sharing only works on an Xbox One. On an Xbox 360 each account needs a Live subscription.
