    Hello, a few minutes ago I bought Far Cry 5 and two DLC for the game Kingdom Come. The money from the debit card was debited, but the order was not issued and the games in the library did not appear, what should I do?

    You could either hard reset your console by pressing the turn off/on button until the console shuts down, if that doesnt help you will probably have to contact the service hotline and report your issue there.
