I would rather have cheaper Xbox Live subscription than Xbox Live Rewards scheme

Dear Xbox Live Rewards,

Why bother with the Xbox Live reward scheme? It is the "green shield stamps" of 2016/17 .

It costs Microsoft thousands of dollars to run every month & where is the money coming from? That's right, the costs are clawed back from you, the customer by charging you more on the price of your consoles, games, movies etc to cover the costs of the Xbox
Live Rewards scheme.

I would rather have cheaper Xbox Live subscription than Xbox Live Rewards scheme.

Why not make the Xbox Live subscription cheaper for every year you subscribe instead?

You could even make it free for people who have been subscribing longer than 5 continuous years.

The money you save from NOT having to advertise & administer Xbox Live Rewards would easily pay for this

& all the artists, designers & coders you use to advertise & administer Xbox Live Rewards could be put to better use designing some DECENT games for Microsoft for a change, so it would be Win Win Win!

Most of all it would be a win for the real Xbox Live users.

Unable to joint Xbox live rewards

I have an Xbox live gold account, and an Xbox profile but I am unable to joint Xbox live rewards scheme. Any ideas why ?

 

Xbox Live. GOLD.

It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

Just something to keep in mind.
