I would love to be unbanned

Hello, I was recently banned untill today (june 22 2017) and today it said I wasn't banned but I couldn't talk to my friend's so I chatted with xbox support and he basically said the ban ended in September so someone made it 3 months longer and I can understand
the reasoning i'm a really competitive player and when i'm angry I will yell at the other players. I know I went to far but in my defense the player I was talking to said the same things I did and i'm sad the ban got longer so please xbox unban me. I really
want to be unbanned like I will take an extra week just please unban me. Thank you

I have been banned for 1 one month for using offensive language towards another player but me and that player are still good friends and he knew it was a joke and he doesn't care if it was or wasn't a joke he wants me unbanned to just as much as I want myself
to be unbanned and out of the people in the world who have Xbox you pick me to ban why just because of one bad message And this is the first one in a while so I hope that you can consider unbanning my account

To many suspensions will lead to a permanent account ban.

 

Hi there,

No one in the forums is able to assist with suspensions as only the Enforcement Team can respond to them. They don't use the forums.

Here are a couple things you can do.

You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review on the suspension/get details on the extension. The case review is the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

If it's after the time it was set (If it was issued at 1 am UTC, it will lift at 1am UTC), and it's not lifted, do a controller update and see if that clears anything up.
