    I would like to stop my susbscription and request for refund


    Hello!

    Since my last subscrpition of Xbox live gold, I never used this service at all. Actually, I did not realize my recurring billing was still turned on. I could cancel my subscription immediately today, but I don't know how to get full refund of this cancellation
    even though only a week has passed. I will not use this service any more, so I think I have to get my pay back somehow.

    Please, check my account and consider my request for refund.

    I honestly dont know if there are refunds for subscriptions

    I would like to request a refund.​

    You can also check your Order History at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing tab at the top. From there, you can find the order in question and verify the ammount paid and method. Then underneath that order should be a link to "Get order help".
    That will take you to a page that has further details on contacting the billing department and what can be done about the order.
