I would like to send a report in on a Xbox Ambassador

Evening,

Started playing an online freeroam of GTA Online, a business crate mission was started by another player and a on-screen notification shows up saying to destroy their crates.

I go over and destroy just one of his three available and don't kill him as a player.

After this I get an in-game message saying "I will report you" to which the player left.

I visit his profile and see he is an Xbox Ambassador with a visible Bronze badge and the fact this guy is falsely reporting me blew my mind. This is against the CoC and i'm hoping this can be looked into.

It's such a shame that I can be in trouble here for absolutely nothing yet this person who is supposed to help the community doesn't even know their own rules.

Please help or point me where I can.

I have in-game messages, a profile screenshot as well as messages exchanged, I don't want to be banned for something which is a part of the game and something I did not do wrong. This player has only been on Xbox for a year, a year though me being on Xbox for
over 9 years can get punished.

I have reported via console, at the time thought it could be best to post here to try and see if I can get a quicker response. I was hoping since this player is himself an ambassador they would like to remove him from the program as this guy clearly doesn't
know the first thing when it comes to community.

Again though i've followed your responses and hopefully the player can be sorted out.

You would need to file a complaint on them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

Unfortunately from an Ambassador standpoint there is no way to have it investigated, but if the enforcement team does determine they violated the code of conduct and they issue a suspension, they will be removed from the program as well.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, it is as Xbox Forums Ambassador Smwutches stated, the only way to file this, would be through your actual console
or PC app as depicted.

The Enforcement Team will then launch an investigation to see if there needs to be an enforcement action applied to the account. These things take time and no one is guaranteed a suspension or communication ban immediately

If the Enforcement team reaches out to you and requests more information, than it would be good to have all that info in hand that you mentioned.

I encourage you to visit the
Enforcement site so as to find more information as to how suspensions work.

Thank you for responding, as ambassadors you are not allowed to have any enforcement actions on your account. Therefor if this user is found to have violated the Code of Conduct then they should be removed from the program.
