For getting your account back, you'll want to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email address and you can reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

As far as downloading, if you can post the error message/error code you receive, that will help narrow down the issue. Keep in mind that some of those games are region locked. So if your account region does not match your physical location, or you live in
a region where the games are not available, you will not be able to download them.

This is because your gamertag got corrupted this happen to me you have to factory restore your xbox one. I was signing in on my Xbox one and xbox 360 at the same time some reason this corrupted my gamertag ever since I restored my Xbox one I haven't had
an issue.. I also deleted my gamertag off my 360 so I won't have the issue again hope this helps...

Regardless, having your real name on your gamertag is NOT a violation of the Code of Conduct, you will have pay the 800 MS Points to change it.

You can change your gamertag but you will have to pay 800 microsoft points.

You'll have to pay the 800 points to change it then. As Jameser said, it's not recommended, but it's not against the rules to have your name in your gamertag. So the enforcement team won't issue a forced name change.
