I would like to reset the xbox 360 but I have a family block and I do not remember neither the code nor the secret question how should I do?

I have a question about the family settings.

I am using xbox 360, and I want to block family settings but in order to do that I need to fill the password but I don't remember it.

So I downloaded Netflix on to our Xbox 360 I went to open it and the Xbox told me I could not watch the content because our family security would not let me. Of course easy enter your family code and change settings, all good but I didn't set up a family
code that I can remember and to reset that I also don't remember answering the secret question "what is your favorite fictional character". Pretty sure ,no I know what I would have answered. But no nothing has worked please help
