You can also check your Order History at account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing tab at the top. From there, you can find the order in question and verify the ammount paid and method. Then underneath that order should be a link to "Get order help".
That will take you to a page that has further details on contacting the billing department and what can be done about the order.

Not all purchases are eligible for a refund, but if you go to
account.microsoft.com and click on Payments & Billing > Order History, then find the purchase in the list, and click "Get order help" underneath the listing, it will take you to a page that will provide the specific details on how to get in touch with the
billing department for your region on how to request a refund.

The reason for a refund can affect if eligible, say, if the title doesn't launch or work on your computer/console vs you just don't like the game.

Please note that you can get refund only if you played the game not more than 2 hours of game-play, and you're requesting refund within 14 days of purchase.
