i would like to report an issue to do with the guide menu when checking to see what my friends ...

I've had issues in the past where the store app was reporting the wrong progress and would hang, similar to what you are describing. Check to see if the game is visible in your Xbox app in the "My games" menu.

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue, but it is the opposite. I see my new name in whatever I do, but my friends report that I still have my old name when I joined parties. Some of the xbox-friendly apps like call of duty elite are still showing my old

To play with a friend, you can either access their profile (via the guide button, the silver button in the middle. The going to your friend list and selecting their gamertag). However as for joining using the in-game menus, you'll need to move your thumbstick
left when in the menu and when a friend is online. Then when you have their gamertag highlighted/selected, press 'A' and you will see a menu appear. With that menu you will need to go down to the third option I believe labeled "Join session" OR "Join party",
it's something like that. I hope this helps!

I would like to see a revised media update for iPads etc.. The guide menu keeps locking up when browsing iPad & only when you pull the iPad out, then it will work again..

There is a feature to report the channels as being wrong. When the channels are listed incorrectly on the screen hold the Guide button on the controller and then choose Report Issue. It will provide a screen shot with your explanation so the dev's can
see what the issue is.
