If it is an app that you downloaded from untrusted sources I would say to just uninstall the app because it can be malicious software and for the video, you can report it. and YouTube will verify the authenticity of the video.|

Exactly. This has been such a farce it will only push people to try and pirate it instead. If I was intending to buy and heard about all of this I would be tempted to pirate it myself.

Always online for what is solely a single player game?!?!? Hate that crap.

The main problem is the people that find and discover the various exploits . They are the ones that find a workaround and modify the Xbox console. Microsoft and game developers work together by releasing patches (usually at a cost to the developer) to block
the exploits but the modders just find another exploit to work with and the cycle continues. It is very much like a never ending game of cat and mouse. Why they do it is usually is for personal use and bragging rights but some use there talents to make money
and sell the modifications to others. The people that buy them are usually the ones that spoil Xbox live community with there newly bought modified consoles.
