I would like to remove my card from my Microsoft account, I want to cancel my account please 🙏🏼

To remove your card from your Microsoft account:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
   
2. Click on the "Payment & billing" tab.
   
3. Find the card you want to remove and click on "Remove" next to it.
   
4. If the option to remove the card is grayed out, it may be because it's associated with an active subscription. In this case, you'll need to cancel the subscription first before removing the card.
   

To cancel your Microsoft subscription:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
   
2. Click on the "Services & subscriptions" tab.
   
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on "Manage" next to it.
   
4. Follow the instructions to cancel the subscription.

What's the current status of your subscription from https://account.microsoft.com/services ?

If recurring billing is turned on, please try to turn it off before removing it.
