I would like to recover backups of my first non-live account on the second

Hello.

I have an Xbox account on my Xbox 360 creates without internet connection so without a Live acess. After, with the One, I created an account with my Outlook address which serves me today as gamertag.

I would like to recover backups of my first non-live account on the second. Is it possible and, if so, how do we do it?

Please help

Call MS tech support and see of they have a backup they can recover from their cloud. But, you should have used a guest account to begin with.

Recovering my gamertag to a offline xbox with achievements.

Alright so i have about 400 gamerscore earned through system link. Next i go and recover my account on another xbox and realize i dont have any of my stuff. Is there a way to go back to the first xbox and recover my gamertag so it doesnt delete everything
i got on it. And the second xbox is a slim while the first one is just a 360 elite. The acheivements are not lost in till i recover my account.

If you never tied your account to a Live ID (local account only) if you delete it you will not be able to recover it. You can only recover accounts tied to a Windows Live ID and that is dependent upon the last time you had connected to the xbox servers
to backup. You can recover the tag from the xbox dashboard using your live ID and password.

Hi,

I pay £28.99 a month for my Xbox on a 2 year plan and it comes with Ultimate Pass.

I'm unable to sign in because I my son kept putting the password in wrong and he has locked all of my accounts.

I can't sign in because I didn't have authenticator set up and I no longer have the phone number registered. Microsoft will not help and keep asking me to fill in the recover account form which is impossible to do and they will not recover my account.

I cant afford to sign up to ultimate pass again on a new account and it is already included in the £28.99 that I already pay.

How can this be sorted?

When you first setup 2 factor authentication it would have provided you with several backup codes (which are meant for this exact sort of situation) and it would have told you to save them somewhere safe.

Did you save those codes like it told you to? If you did then you can enter one of them whenever it asks for the code being sent to you. If you did not save those codes like it told you to then unfortunately the account would be unrecoverable.

Those backup codes are your last resort for recovering an account in this sort of situation.
