    I would like to make a return on a game pass, but seems to be impossible...


    I bought the annual pass for Destiny 2, but on the wrong platform. (Stupid me). I don't even own Destiny 2 for Xbox one. It seems like I can't make a return on the annual pass. But I won't be using it (I don't even have the game for it).

    Is it possible that I could still return the annual pass?

    the only way is on xbox.com/refund , but you may not be eligible if you bought it a long time ago.

    It seems unusual that the chat support wouldn't respond to you. Try using a different internet browser and contacting again, it's possible they were typing but you couldn't see it. That or the webpage is the only way to get a refund unfortunately. Best

    Yup, I have tried it as well. Even tried directly chatting in online support - they connected me and then did not write at all. Seems like I won't be able to make a refund.

    I bought it today. Realised my mistake directly afterwards. xbox.com/refund doesn't work for me, apparently they're changing the website layout (sweden).
